River House - Pool, Spa & Gameroom Near Anna Maria

We had a wonderful stay! Two families (family of 5 and a family of 4) - stayed for a week and enjoyed every minute! Our absolutely favorite part was the outdoor area with pool & hot tub! We spent most of our evenings there! Our boys played in the yard for hours & hours. The house was beautiful, kitchen stocked, and was in a close location to anything we needed! We spent time in AMI, Sarasota, and even Disney! Can’t wait to come back!

Home was beautiful and had everything you would need. Kitchen was well stocked, lots of outdoor toys and activities for kids, variety of beach items available for use, pool was nice and clean, bedrooms were comfortable and included double size bunk beds in bunk room. Easy access to beaches and restaurants- about 15 minute drive. Host were responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

The house was perfect for our family trip of 10 guests! It was well stocked with everything we needed to cook at home and entertain ourselves at the house with the pool, hot tub, and yard games or spend the day at the beach with the provided beach chairs and cooler!

Everything was great! The house, pool and hot tub were all as described. House did come with some basic seasonings which was wonderful. Would absolutely stay here again!

Stayed here with two other families for a soccer tournament. The house was wonderful! The girls thoroughly enjoyed their bunkbed room so they could have their own space. The outdoor games were also a hit as well as the hot tub and pool. Location to IMG, Bradenton Beach and Anna Maria Island was great. The owners were wonderful to communicate with. I would definitely recommend staying here!
